Hero is excited to hold its first annual Travel Tech Forum in conjunction with this year’s Adventure Tourism Conference & Awards on the Gold Coast, 6 & 7 November 2024.

The Youth Tourism Conference is a dedicated all-day event focused on addressing the challenges and opportunities in the youth tourism sector in Australia and New Zealand. The conference will feature a wide range of presentations designed to inspire the future, inform, and educate the industry on the latest trends, tech solutions, and new initiatives for a sustainable future.

This year, the Adventure Tourism Awards will return with its traditional awards ceremony and sit-down dinner service. As an industry, we’ll celebrate the efforts and achievements of our resilient sector, recognizing and awarding operators and individuals for their accomplishments.

Hero’s Tech Forum provides travel resellers and operators with an opportunity to help shape the direction of our upcoming technology. The first session of the day is for travel resellers, where Hero’s team will unveil new and upcoming agent-facing features and share ideas on how technology can be developed to help reseller partners achieve their business goals. The second session is for operators, where we will provide guidance on how your product listings can be enhanced for the best results.
