Business Development Associate
We welcome an opportunity to work with you to support Hero’s growing operations. As a Business Development Associate, your role is to identify, onboard and manage relationships with new agents in your region (New Zealand).
Key responsibilities include:
Hours of work:
For new agents that you onboard, while you are working for Hero, you are paid:
Fees are calculated and paid on a monthly basis, based on travel date.
General expenses are funded by you.
Tracking progress, income & payments:
Within Hero, you will have access to sales reports for agencies that you have onboarded.
New business leads to be logged and managed within ClickUp accordingly.
At all times while this agreement is in force and after its expiration or termination, You agree to refrain from disclosing Hero’s customer lists, trade secrets, or other confidential material. You agree to take reasonable security measures to prevent accidental disclosure. Throughout the term of this agreement and after expiration or termination, You agree not to compete with Hero for a period of 6-months within any region in which Hero operates. This prohibition will not apply if this agreement is terminated because Hero violated the terms of this agreement. Competition means owning, working for, or consulting to a business offering 'B2B travel booking technology'. You agree to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $25,000 NZD for any violation of the covenant not to compete contained.
