For operators, by listing their products on Hero, they can connect with new retail and online travel agents, wholesalers and resellers in their local area, out of town and overseas. We don’t replace reservation systems, rather we integrate with them, to deliver ‘live’ bookings that drop directly into the supplier’s manifest.
Your Role
As a Sydney-based Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Hero agents and suppliers. You will provide support via Live Chat and phone, while also assisting with supplier onboarding and product management within the platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide timely, professional support via live chat and phone
- Identify, prioritise, and escalate customer issues and enquiries to the correct internal team or stakeholder
- Contribute to improving the Help Centre by creating or updating support articles.
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers as required
- Assist with maintaining the product fault report
- Ensure product content on the platform is accurate and up to date
