Hero celebrated its 2025 Agent Technology Forum at Skypoint, Surfers's Paradise

We’d like to thank our valued travel reseller and supplier partners who joined us for the Hero 2025 Agency Technology Forum.

Hosted on level 78 of Skypoint Surfer’s Paradise, guests arrived to a networking lunch with stunning views of the Gold Coast coastline. Hero’s general manager, Evie de Groot, and co-founders James Clay and Dan Lucas then hosted an annual update of all things Hero, including industry stats and forecasts, a summary of recently released features and a sneak peak of features to come.

The event included an open forum of industry-related topics, covering industry standards and governance, travel trends, merchant & payment solutions, collaborative partnerships, recognition of industry excellence and more. AI was a hot topic, with Hero’s team outlining its strategy for the use of AI within the platform in the future.
