Using Hero, G Adventures’ chief experience officers (CEOs) can now provide their passengers with personalised itineraries of optional tours & activities, benefiting from live rates, schedules and availability. Passengers can view their itineraries online and pay securely via Hero’s PCI complaint credit card hardware or online payment link. After booking, passengers receive e-tickets via email, containing everything they need to know about their activities, such pick up times and locations, what to wear and what to bring.

After analysing the results of these trials, we are happy with the performance and functionality of the booking platform and have decided that from Monday 7th January 2019 the Hero Platform will be the only method our CEO’s (Chief experience officers) use to make their on-ground optional activity bookings.”  says Hugh McMillan of G Adventures.
