Take customer payments using your existing merchant facility / cash / charge to room, and Hero will simply direct debit the net value of sales each week from your nominated bank account.
Or, use Hero Payments and simply receive your commission payment from Hero each week. Customer can tap to pay via a Hero integrated credit card terminal, or pay online from thier own device anytime, anytwhere, via handy online paymneht links, sent by email or SMS.
With Hero Payments, commission can be paid in a lump sum to your company bank account; or, paid to your company account with a share paid to each team member, based upon individual sales performance; or, paid to your company account with a share pooled and paid out to all team members.
An small weekly platform access fee allows unlimited use of the Hero Portal for all members of your team.
Commission levels are set by each supplier and rates may vary per product / fare type / season. On top of their standard rates, suppliers can load unique commission bonuses for their preferred sales agents. Speak with your supplier directly to discuss this.
Suppliers can list their products on Hero at no charge. They simply nominate a commission rate.
